With the property market improving and prices starting to rise again, we are seeing increasing numbers of experienced traders in the market.
Trading can be a great strategy in an upward market, but it’s easy to overspend or buy the wrong sort of property if you don’t understand the fundamentals involved.
In this recent webinar, I had a discussion with my fellow presenters, Than Sundar and Maggie Zabaglo, about what you need to know to make a profit from buying and selling houses. You can watch the recording below.
In addition, Kris Pedersen from Kris Pedersen Mortgages made a special appearance to tell us about a new finance product which offers large cashback and lower deposit for new purchases and refinancing. While this particular product is only available for a short time, the principle of finding out about the cashbacks various lenders offer still applies.
