It's been two years of hard work, but finally my new book, Property 101, has arrived from the printers. In this book I provide a fresh look at residential property investment from an experienced investor's viewpoint.

It is written in easy to understand language, includes many case studies, and explains the ins and out of successful property investment. The book concentrates on buy-to-hold investment property, with a focus on Auckland.

I wrote Property 101 because I want to help property investors minimise risk while maximising their returns, and I share what I've learnt from over 20 years as a property investor and developer. At nearly 500 pages it is packed full of information, including:
