MAKING SURE YOUR NUMBERS COUNT

2448

We can help you do good things with your business numbers! Not Harry Potter-style magic or delivering the right lottery numbers, but simply making sure that you have a clear picture of your business' financial performance when you need it, at a cost which you can afford.

I cannot stress enough that having the right financial information can make a huge difference in a number of important areas. In particular, banks, management, advisors and even governments appreciate getting the information they need promptly and in the form they need it. Banks need information to approve loans or extend overdraft facilities. Management needs accurate information so they are able to see how their business is travelling and so they can make wise decisions. Advisors can concentrate on compliance, planning and business advisory activities, confident in the information provided to them, while the necessary data for GST and other government needs is clearly easier to produce and verify based on good records.

At GRA, we can help you easily and painlessly record and keep the correct financial information. We offer businesses, via Xero, a choice of cost-effective ways to make your numbers come up right.  A prerequisite to keeping good books is to ensure that Xero is set up to provide the appropriate detailed information for each business, and we will help you with this. Once this is done, we are happy to train clients and their staff to maintain their own records, and act as a "Help Desk " when needed.

One of our roles is to help businesses add up their numbers right so they are more efficient and in a better position to both save and make money. We invite you to contact us to find out how we can get you get up to speed with Xero, so your financial information is in the best possible shape. After all, accurate numbers are the only ones that really count.

Testimonials

We were about to subdivide our section and needed property tax advice. Googled "who's any good" and GRA were in the top 3 on a few sites that recommended providers. We worked with Anthony Lipscombe. Very easy to deal with, comprehensive chat/ conversation that led to a written report by Anthony where his thinking was sharp, clearly communicated, coming at aspects from multiple points of view. i.e. he took time to make sure the reader (my wife and I) completely understood (in plain English) what he was saying. Highly recommended.
